Voting Question: Louisiana Unemployment?

I drew my unemployment and one extension than my benefit year ended do I have any more extensions? Or do I need to file a new claim? I have a letter that says I still have funds available. If I am eligible for the second and third extension, how do I file it? rr ECU link will not let me file. Benefit year also ended 8-7-2010. Also is it possible to get anyone from the main office at the unemployment center in Baton Rouge? If so can you give me the number.
